Quickly outline a project, nesting subtasks in a hierarchy with any number of levels. Drag a timebar to show a task's start time and duration. Move a task together with its subtasks in a group. Collapse or expand subgroups. Rearrange the hierarchy by drag and drop. Assign a task a status icon. Export all or part of a project to iCal. Open as many projects as you like at the same time. Customise the appearance of each project individually.
Simple
The intuitive interface takes only a couple of minutes to learn. Juggle is aimed at the individual user who wants to model everyday projects quickly and edit them easily. It is not primarily intended for business use and deliberately does not include some of the more complex features of project planning applications. For example, it does not allow multiple users to edit the same project simultaneously; it does not deal with resource allocation and costing (Joe works 40 hours a week and costs €20 per hour, etc); and it does not do critical path analysis.
Flexible
Juggle projects can represent a huge variety of things—the school project, the photographic assignment, the tour of Africa, the house refurbishment, the chemistry experiment, the preparation of a meal, the software development project, and, yes, even the wedding plan. Projects can have a timespan ranging from seconds (or even fractions of a second) through to years. They can have a couple of tasks, or thousands.
