Airline pilot Jose Prieto and nutritionist Sandra from Curitiba, Brazil are circumnavigating the world in their boat Tutatis, following a route that, very sensibly, aims to stick close to the equator and good weather. Interesting narrative, lots of photos and the chance to practise your nautical Portuguese (Google translations available).
A wide ranging blog detailing the travels of Reinhard Reading, including, among many other things, an attempt to circumnavigate Australia in the Bavaria 34 Pindimara. Top quality writing, a wry sense of humour and some nice photos make this a pleasure to read.
Andrew Knight describes himself as a "fortysomething City lawyer with a penchant for doing up and sailing a small, old, cheap boat". That boat, Arabella, is a 6.7m Pandora International, and Andrew describes the trials and tribulations of the "doing up" part and the euphoria of learning to sail her and competing successfully in Round the Island races. He also seems to have a knack for wangling sails on boats three times the size in the name of 'corporate hospitality'. Beautifully written with good photos and even some video.
Here's a few sailing-related blogs I've enjoyed reading:
